Email Consultations

We have recognised the need to broaden the accessibility of children's health care.  Email consultations are the perfect way to visit your Naturopath from the convenience of your own home.

Email consultations are available to all families who have email access. The benefits of this form of health care are many:

• Consultations to fit your time schedule - day or night
• No need to worry about transport or traffic headaches
• Logistically easier without children to take!
• All advice & Naturopathic information in written format - great for future reference
• All prescribed treatment products can be delivered to your door

Email consultations are just as effective as a visit to your Naturopath. Almost all conditions can be diagnosed by a detailed case history and symptoms alone.  Your Naturopath takes in to account your child's entire health history, lifestyle, diet, emotional & mental wellbeing and based on these conditions can diagnose & treat many conditions. 

If your Naturopath genuinely cannot diagnose and treat your child via email consultations you will not be charged.

How it works

Please read the following before clicking on the PAY NOW button below ( For new clients please select the initial consultation pay now button)

Email 1 :   After completing payment, please complete the health appraisal form. (The Naturopath may contact you should more information be required.) 

Payments can be made via VISA or MASTERCARD using the PAY NOW button below.

Email 2 :    A diagnosis and treatment plan will be formulated based on the health appraisal form you submit. Please be as accurate as possible when completing the form. The diagnosis & treatment plan will be emailed to you.   Any prescribed supplements & herbs will be listed in this email. You will receive an additional email with a request for funds to cover the cost of your prescribed supplements. After payment you will receive your herbs / supplements in the mail. Please allow 4 - 5 days for these to arrive.

Email 3 :   You will be given the opportunity to ask any questions or clarify any information provided in this treatment plan.

Email 4 :   You will receive a detailed response to any of your questions.

Phone Consultations

If email is not an option for you or you'd rather talk one on one, but can't make it in person to the clinic, then phone consultations are perfect for you.   Phone consultations, like email consultations, can be done at a time that is more convenient for you.  Phone consultations can be done between the hours of 8am - 9pm.

Phone Consultations are approx. 45 mins to 1 hour in duration, and must be conducted on a land line phone.

How it works

1.    Call the clinic on 07 3890 8783 to make a booking time for your phone consultation and to make payment.   Payment can either be made over the phone using VISA or MASTERCARD, by using the PAY NOW button below or we can provide you with bank details , BSB + Account Number to make a BANK DEPOSIT.                                                         ( Bank Deposits can be performed via internet banking, visiting your branch or phone banking.  If paying via Bank Deposit you will need to allow 2 working days for funds to clear before your phone consultation can be conducted.)

        You will receive an invoice in the mail or via email for health fund rebates.

2.    You will be contacted by your Naturopath at the booked time, where you will discuss your child's health history, diagnosis and together will formulate a specific treatment plan.

3.    Should you have any further questions after the consultation please contact the clinic.  Any relevant fact sheets or diet plans will be emailed or posted to you.
