Payment

We currently do not have EFTPOS and can accept cash or direct bank deposit before your appointment time.

Cancellations

Please be aware that consultation times may vary from 45 minutes to 1hr 15 mins. Due to this time duration an allocated time slot of 1 hr 30 minutes is dedicated to you. Failure to arrive for a booked appointment is costly to the clinic. Whist we cannot enforce a fee for cancellations, it would be appreciated if you can give the clinic 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Should you fail to arrive for your appointment without prior notification you will be required to pre-pay for any further bookings. Pre-payment is non-refundable.  Thank-you.
