Your Consultation

What to Expect

Your initial consultation will be approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration.  A full medical history will be taken and the appropriate diagnostics will be used to gain a full picture of your child's current health. Diagnostics at this stage may include iridology, tongue diagnosis or nail and facial analysis. During this time you will have the opportunity to ask any questions and discuss any concerns you may have about your child's health.

It may be necessary to perform some diagnostic tests for confirmation of disease states and/or areas of health concern. Together we will put together a treatment plan and prescribe any nutritional supplements or herbal treatments necessary, many of which are available through the clinic.

You may require a follow-up consultation at a later date to ensure that your child's progress can be monitored and adjustments to  your child's treatment regime can be made if required.

What to Bring

You may be required to bring a food diary with you to your consultation.  This is particularly relevant if the health concern is a digestive dysfunction.  Please discuss this when making your appointment time.

Your practitioner may also require any recent blood test results or any other pathology results that may provide extra information regarding the nature of your child's health concerns.

  

Parking

Children's Natural Health Specialist is located in a residential area. There is plenty of street parking available.
